Terms and Conditions:
At all times, clients must read, understand and comply with the terms and conditions stated below to engage our tuition service and purchase our assessment books at Genkids@Learning.
Tuition Service:

Both the student and tutor are allowed to have trial lessons of at least one month before confirming the engagement of the tuition service.

Each trial lesson is chargeable at the full tuition fee (according to the level) as per indicated in the website. (For details on tuition rates, , refer to "Tuition Sessions Info")

All tuition fees are to be paid either on one month in advance or at the end of each tuition lesson.

No replacement lesson will be given if the student cancels a lesson without a valid reason or proof of medical leave.

One month prior notice must be given to each party should either party or tutor wish to terminate the tuition service. No refund will be given and any early termination will be beared by the requested party for the loss of compensation of the remaining lessons of the last month of tuition service.

Tutor is allowed to terminate the engagement of tuition service due to the below scenario without fulfilling the one month prior notice:

if cancellation of lessons are too frequent without a valid reason.

if the tutor encounters late tuition fee of payment upon constant reminders to the other party.

Student who is absent for two or more weeks without informing the tutor will be considered as having withdrawn from the tuition class. There will be no replacement lesson and the missed out lesson will be forfeited. There will be NO Refund of fees for the unutilised lessons.

Termination of tuition service is a decision between the parent of student and tutor. Genkids@Learning is not liable for any compensation loss between both parties and other disputes that lead to breaching of law.

All tutors deserve to be respected during the conduct of tuition lesson and in private at all times. All enquires of questions should only be asked at the tuition class. Tutors are not obliged and have the right to reject any questions raised by the student after tuition class has ended via any means of communication tools and channels.

Indemnification
The purchasing party agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Genkids@Learning harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from
(a) your violation of this Agreement;
(b) your use of the Site; or
(c) your violation of the rights of any third party.
Assessment Books:

The purchase of assessment books can be done either via email, Facebook, Instagram, Whats app, Carousell or through the communication channel on this website.

No order is complete upon payment is made and delivered.

No refund is allowed once the payment is made or delivery is made.

Registered mail delivery is done through a courier service company to allow tracking for both the buyer and Genskids@Learning.

All rights are reserved. No part of the books published by Genkids@Learning may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or stored any information in a retrieval system, without the permission of the Copyright owner. Failing which, Genkids@Learning reserves the right to take legal action accordingly.

7. Indemnification
The purchasing party agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Genkids@Learning harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from
(a) your violation of this Agreement;
(b) your use of the Site; or
(c) your violation of the rights of any third party.
